Our Buying Process

Step 1: Select a property.

Let’s make sure we find the right land for your needs. We are always happy to help you locate the perfect property. Just reach out, and you have our ear.

Step 2: Sign the agreement

Want to pay cash or make payments? No problem. We offer owner financing with clear terms and a clean buying process. Once we reach a payment arrangement that works for you, just sign the agreement. This is a contract that protects both parties during the transaction.

Step 3: Make the payment

We accept a variety of payments including cashier checks, ACH (1% processing fee), credit/debit card (3.5% processing fee applies) and bank wire.

Step 4: Let us handle the rest

We will confirm your information and record the deed with the county. We mostly work with warranty deeds, which offers the highest level of buyer protection. After recording, we will send you the new deed by email or mail. Reach out to us and let's get started!

Starting the Buying Process

We will need the property you’re interested in, the name(s) you’d like on the deed, and an address that you’d like to receive the future tax bill from the County. You may also reach out to me directly and I will help with this process.
